UX/UI Designer (Mid/Sen; Part-time)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Conduct user research initiatives to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Utilize research findings to inform and validate design decisions for stakeholders.
  • Develop user flows and sitemaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
  • Design visually stunning and on-brand user interfaces that enhance overall user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to guarantee product consistency.
2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design across various devices and platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of UX/UI design projects and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
