1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze customer requirements and design solutions.
• Develop new features, and maintain and update the existing code.
• Follow the Scrum workflow and complete tasks from the team backlog.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the application to specifications.
• Proactively manage your workload, feeding back regularly in the event of any delay or change to delivery time-frame or scope of work.
• Writing clean, scalable code using Java Script/Type Script/Python programming languages – Review code, and mentor for team members to follow best practices and coding style.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience in building software applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with backend development using modern frameworks. Experience with Node.js (NestJS/ExpressJS) is preferred.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases, and working with WebSocket, JSON, XML, and CORS.
• Experience with one modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can read English documents related to IT. Listening and Speaking is a bonus.
• Open to developers from different technology stacks, with the ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of asynchronous development and data security principles.
• Experience in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and website performance.
• Experience leading small-scale projects or technical initiatives, including task planning, code review, and mentoring team members.
• Knowledge of frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, and preprocessors like SASS and LESS.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
• Has product deployment experience and maintenance is an advantage.
• Having experience with cloud services is an advantage.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
